Charlie and Phil are so absorbed by their jobs as advertising executives that they don’t even realize how much of their children’s lives they are loosing.
Things start to change when the two get fired for not obtaining the right results on a campaign. That means that they will not be able to send their sons to the prestigious Chapman Academy, run by Ms Gwyneth Harridan.
After failing in their attempt to get a new job, Charlie has an idea: if he and Phil can handle taking care of 2 children, what could be so difficult to take care of 10?
Well, it is difficult…and the two will soon realize what they got themselves into; fortunately, they manage to cope with it and day by day they get better.
More and more children come to their day care, and they hire a third person, so they can spend more time with their sons.
